[00:00:20] I'm on a roll right now. The last time we talked about the Worldwide Revival, it's a song by the newsboy, but I'm not just talking about the song. I'm actually sensing a prophetic move.

[00:00:46] You know, sometimes we say a movie goddess coming. No, a movie of god is starting. It's the launching of the Worldwide Revival. It's the launching of the awakening to come.

[00:00:59] I am so filled with zeal and so filled with the the anointing of the fire, the Holy Spirit, and the word of the Lord is in our mouth.

[00:01:12] The prophetic word of the Lord, this is a prophetic ministry. This is a Watchmen ministry. If you follow the VOR for a long time, you know that we've been talking about this. You know that we've been sharing about this. You know that we've been giving you prophetic word about this and still people don't believe it.

[00:01:32] Well, you marked the words not just of me but what the Lord is saying. I'm not going to give you something that is not of him and I'm telling you worldwide revival is going to erupt around the globe.

[00:01:47] I feel it in my bones. I feel it in my spirit. I feel it in my physical body. It would give me life. It would give me drive people ask you why do you keep praying? Why do you keep believing?

[00:02:01] Why don't you just stop? It's not coming. People will scoff at you and say, look, you keep talking about this. Look at all. It's hopeless. No, it's not.

[00:02:12] It's the greatest time to be alive right now. But I'm here to talk about the worldwide revival part two and we focus on so much on what is wrong. We blame it on politicians.

[00:02:27] We blame it on our economy. We blame it on culture, but it's the church that the Lord is saying I'm speaking to you to rise up in this hour.

[00:02:38] And the Lord is given an ultimatum to the church right now. I'm telling you this is not something to play with. You better listen to what the Lord is saying through his servants, who with the Lord is saying through not only the Vioar but many messengers are coming out with the same word why?

[00:02:57] Because we're trying to tell you, we're trying to warn you that the Lord is given the church opportunity to join him in this move of God.

[00:03:08] But if you don't want to, you'll miss it. I'm going to tell you, you're going to miss it if you are not focused.

[00:03:15] And God is going to bypass you all and he's going to go to those who are down and out. He's going to go to those who are rejected to those who have been ostracized, those who have been condemned, those who have been told that they're lost.

[00:03:32] God says I'm going to raise them up faster than all of you that have been serving the Lord for 20 or 30 years and you still have no fruit to show. This is not going to be easy. And I know that some of you may turn this program off, but that's okay. I was talking to my wife and I said, you know what? The Lord says I'm like a trumpet. I'm like a horn in the ear of somebody.

[00:03:54] Either you're going to listen or you're going to shut your ears and run away. But I can't stop this fire, it's like Jeremiah says it's like fire shut up in my bones. I cannot be quiet. I cannot stay silent. Someone said keep talking about this and that but you're not doing nothing.

[00:04:16] You're not making anything happen and you talk about other people when you are not making any effort to get the word out. The Lord knows how much I've been doing this and doing the broadcast and making videos and getting it on social media and preaching the gospel. Sometimes it seems like it's been in vain.

[00:04:38] But the Lord says it will be worth it all because worldwide revival is coming. You never stop preaching. You never stop declaring it and you won't no matter how few listen.

[00:04:52] I'm going to tell you this not for everybody. That's only why the remnant will hear it but the rest will miss it. You're going to miss it because you're so in tune with your social media feed.

[00:05:05] You're so in tune with distractions and hindrances and revival doesn't mean anything to you. Well, I guess you're not going to like the Holy Spirit because it's all about reviving.

[00:05:20] It's all about bringing what is dead back to life. My God, somebody better listen to this word today. I have a word from the Lord. He's about to shake the earth with a worldwide revival. It's time.

[00:05:36] Revival is not just a catch phrase that the church loves to hear but revival is an experience. Revival it's in life, technicaler, so alive that it's going to awaken the spiritually dead and those who have been crying out for more or about to see God move. What are we waiting for?

[00:05:59] It's happening in our church two Sundays ago. I was preaching and I began to direct to those who didn't know Christ. I was preaching an entire mess.

[00:06:11] I was going to teach on a certain part of Acts because we're going through the book of Acts, verse by verse chapter by chapter.

[00:06:19] But then the Holy Spirit took over the teaching. He took over the word and he said, I want you to begin to speak to those who need to know who Christ is. You can't talk about the move of God. The Holy Spirit when they don't even know God for themselves.

[00:06:39] They have never heard the good news and he said, I want you to preach the good news without coming to Christ that our lives are a mess. And we fall apart but there is hope in the midst of chaos.

[00:06:53] Sometimes we forget that not everybody knows Jesus. Listen to me pastors, listen to me churches. Many times we preach like everybody knows God and like they know Jesus in the Holy Spirit

[00:07:07] and the reality is most people don't. They just come for a just punch into spiritual time clock. I've been in ministry now going on 25 years at least 25 years. This is something that the Lord called me to when I was in my mom's womb, my mother's womb.

[00:07:25] But it took me years to realize where I was, where I needed to be. That's why I became the voice of revival. I'm not just a voice but the voice that is bringing voices together for a time such as this.

[00:07:42] I was taught that you must know your audience. That Sunday there were those who had been there for some time and there were some who had never been there. It was their first time.

[00:07:55] I could tell that the Holy Spirit took over me and I began to prophesy and speak over them. I'm telling you tears begin to flow down their eyes. Tears begin to flow down their face because God is turning to those who have tried everything and it hasn't satisfied.

[00:08:15] The Holy Spirit is taken over. We are returning to the church in action in the acts of the Holy Spirit.

[00:08:24] The Holy Spirit is about to breathe life among every dry and dead thing. I've been sensing that the Holy Spirit is about to send the rain, the fire, the power, the glory.

[00:08:36] He is dividing and removing everything that is not producing and reaching the loss is about to be the cry of the church. Did you hear what I said? Reaching the loss is about to be the cry of the church. We've been waiting for another Billy Graham to arise.

[00:08:56] We've been waiting for another Renhardt Bunky, another RW Shambac, another General of the Faith of the Pass. But it's our time. They're looking down upon us and saying what are you waiting for?

[00:09:12] Now is the time. Now is the hour. Go. The Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is about to send a wave. I'm telling you right now, I am prophetically under the leading of the Holy Spirit as I speak and preach this word right now.

[00:09:33] We just had the weakened of liberty and freedom of America. I just talked about walking free. Many live in a nation that is free, but they're not free in their minds. They're not free in their spirit.

[00:09:44] And they can't receive from God. They can't believe in revival because there's victims of their past, but God said, let it go.

[00:09:53] Time to let the old go and behold all things become new. There is water coming to your desert. There is a refreshing coming. Why? We gotta get refreshed.

[00:10:04] We gotta get back on the front lines. We gotta become the army that the Lord has called us to be. Starting this month of July, we're about to see and initiate the beginning of a worldwide revival.

[00:10:21] You're about to see things get hit by this wave. It isn't a coincidence that this hurricane barrel came at this time, because just as this increase of the power of this hurricane, this natural phenomenon, this natural disaster that's been getting many places, the spirit is like this hurricane that is about to release rain like this.

[00:10:51] Never before, this is the rain of revival, the rain of the spirit, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

[00:11:01] This is a tsunami of God's power. As wave upon wave, we need to catch the wave because it's building up. And a tsunami of God's power is about to hit the nations.

[00:11:16] It's about to hit the nations and it will send tidal waves to the nations of the world. I'm not talking about a natural tsunami. I'm talking about a spiritual tsunami of this presence.

[00:11:37] I got the voice of revival has been under the radar. Unnoticed past over, told their crazy that there's no revival. I quit talking about revival. They tell me there's no hope and see, look, for years they said it's coming and it's not here but like it or not.

[00:12:00] Radier not, here comes another wave. The world wide revival. Freedom is about to hit the air waves. If you're listening right now, something is about to come over you as I prophesy what has been dormant will awaken you right now.

[00:16:55] And the Holy Spirit is sweeping in and getting ready to shake the ground with power unlike we've seen in history. The book of Acts has returned in our day. This is the day, this is the day. You are the fire starters. You are the firebrands.

[00:17:15] You are the voice like trumpets that are about to summon everyone that is ready for this great awakening. Can you feel it? Can you hear the sound? Can you sense what we've been praying and seeking God for?

[00:17:29] It's here. Don't miss it. Don't miss it. Don't get so caught up with your agenda and be in so busy that you miss it completely. Can I be honest here?

[00:17:44] God has been on the move, but we have failed to see it. We have been so caught up with everything else but what the Spirit wants.

[00:17:54] I said this to my program, the greater the glory, the greater the judgment. I said this on that program. I don't need someone to revive me every day.

[00:18:04] I'm living it. I'm walking it. I'm spreading it through the airwaves through the worldwide web and the soon coming writings and the books. I cannot be silent. I'm like a revival machine. The Spirit will revive lives in me.

[00:18:20] When I speak it, I cannot be silent. I can go for hours. I can go because the spirit of the Lord is upon me. He has anointed me to preach the gospel of the kingdom,

[00:18:32] to spread the fire of the good news, to take and see miracle work and power be demonstrated to awaken the dead. The Spirit's dead. The Spirit's dead. The desperate are going to come for the hunger for the things of God. The presence of God is in here.

[00:18:55] I don't know what you feel in your area, but the glory cloud has come over this meeting. Holy Spirit, this is your broadcast. You do what you want.

[00:19:07] I am nothing but a vessel. I am nothing but a voice that is proclaiming this word. The good news is going forth today.

[00:19:17] You know what? I can't be silent. I can't be still. I can't just go about my business as usual. Going back to this concert with newsboys,

[00:19:28] you know when that song started the worldwide revival? I felt like a stick of dynamite exploded in my spirit. It amazes me how so many wanted, but when it's presented, it's like that's nice. Yes we need it, but I'm too comfortable where I'm at.

[00:19:45] I don't want any commitment. I don't want to leave my comfort zone. Can I tell you something? God is doing something that has happened in the church before in history.

[00:19:57] In order for you to get out of your safety, he has to push you and that comes through persecution. The church in the book of Acts were comfortable staying in Jerusalem, but didn't Jesus prophetically say, you will be my witnesses.

[00:20:14] You will bear witness. You will be my martyrs who testify of Christ in Jerusalem, in Judea and some Mary and to the other most parts of the world. That sounds like a worldwide revival to me. Doesn't it come on? I wish that everybody had this fire.

[00:20:34] I wish everybody would be this excited. I wish everybody that is listening to me. I believe that thousands are going to start getting on this power.

[00:20:43] Okay, I believe that thousands are going to connect to the video our network. I believe that thousands need to hear this word because you're sick and tired of all the false dark,

[00:20:54] all the false doctrines, all the forching, teller prophets out there, fortune telling prophets that are giving you a good word, have no direction, have no sense because they're not listening to the voice of the Lord and not listening to the Holy Spirit.

[00:21:10] And they don't know how to discern the things to come. They don't know that they've been speaking safety when dangerous coming. Going back to this so he says, go into the other most parts of the world, that's a worldwide revival to me.

[00:21:24] So persecution hits in the book of Acts. Okay, some are sent to Samaria a great revival breaks out there with Philip then it begins to go beyond the city of Jerusalem

[00:21:35] as God spirit falls upon the Gentile nations and all of a sudden the world is being reached somebody has to grab a hold of this.

[00:21:45] I'm not playing around. God has a mission for the Vio War and those who know that now is the time you better get ready, you better be ready, stop wasting precious time.

[00:21:59] Wasting your days scrolling social media watching to see if any changes coming to the government or politics. Binging TV shows that are not allowing you to be productive. I hear the spirits say stop wasting precious time.

[00:22:17] There are souls in the balance. They're waiting for you to bring the good news today be revived. Today be revived.

[00:22:32] Today be revived none of these things that I said before politics social media government all of these things are not going to change the landscape of a lost nation.

[00:22:48] Only a powerful shaken a revival that breaks the strongholds that have caught the map that have have the masses bound up. Your prison doors about to open the worldwide revival has come.

[00:23:03] If you can see it then you can believe it. If you doubt, then it will pass you by. I'm almost finished here. I said I was going to finish up with this broadcast in this program.

[00:23:18] I feel the urgency on this program. You got to go back and have several messages when we call the seasons our conversion. And I have the greater the glory, the greater the judgment. Now we have the worldwide revival. We have the Vio War, Watchman, report newscast. Why?

[00:23:35] Because now I got to push all that the Lord is giving me to take the time to share the word to not be silent. I am going to be held accountable for not telling you the truth.

[00:23:48] Every minister who does not tell you the truth will be held accountable, not accountable only to men but they're going to have to make it account to the Lord when they stand before him and say what did you do with the gift that I gave you?

[00:24:01] What did you do with that calling or I chose you to do this and you refused? I'm not going to hear that from God. I'm going to do everything I can with his help. I can't do this alone. I need the Holy Spirit's leading. I need His strength.

[00:24:18] I can't do this because if I look at it from the outside, we're from the flesh from the colonel perspective.

[00:24:26] I wouldn't be doing this. I would stop completely because I would see it as a failure, but the Lord says you have not failed. You kept going even when it seemed like it was hopeless.

[00:24:41] You didn't stop and that is who the Lord is raising up for the change in the guard. There is a shaking going on here. It is the sound of rain, not just physical rain but God's spirit rain.

[00:24:56] We are experiencing, in many parts of America, was a natural manifestation of a spiritual outpouring upon cities. What am I talking about? These hurricanes that have come, these floods, these outpourings of rain, all of these natural phenomenums and climate and changes and things like that.

[00:25:20] There is a spiritual side to it as well. I said this as I was given a devotion in my city and Edinburgh, I was given this word and I gave a devotion called, your due season has come.

[00:25:35] I said that the day we see physical rain in our cities, it means the drought is over. Physical and spiritual drought, the overflow, the abundance, the showers of blessings, revival rain.

[00:25:50] There was a song that Martin Smith, the founder of the Lyrious Road years back called Rain Down, Kim Walker Smith from Jesus Culture, remade it.

[00:25:59] The states in that you are here and plays that song, and now this song by the newsboys, worldwide revival is airing right here, rain down all around the world.

[00:26:12] We're singing rain down, can you hear the earth is singing rain down, some are dry, but I'm still singing rain down that it says do not shut the heavens, but open wide, open up the heavens.

[00:26:29] Open heavens means that heaven and earth are colliding, and the outcome is a worldwide revival. I'm excited. I'm so overjoyed. The worldwide revival is an outpour of the Holy Spirit like never before as nature groans and shakes.

[00:26:47] The sign that the ground is about to erupt and the Holy Spirit is about to be made known.

[00:26:56] Stop listening to the credits that say it's not coming, that we're doomed, that there's no hope that revival is not biblical or that our ministry is filling your minds with fantasies and fairy tales.

[00:29:36] We're going to have to go back to the main thing, being the main thing and that's so win in time. My goodness, we just celebrated freedom, but I believe that freedom is coming.

[00:29:47] There is no greater freedom than seeing the loss come to Christ. We were there. I was there. You were there. I was lost in the Lord called my name.

[00:29:56] I was called from my birth, set apart, but I drifted and didn't know my purpose. I didn't know that he marked me, but God called me by name. My beloved son Isaac Gabriel. Isaac, child of promise, child of laughter, child of joy, Gabriel, messenger of God, one who brings good news.

[00:30:20] Man of God, my beloved son, you have work to do. This is the sound of freedom. This is the sound of the worldwide revival.
