[00:01:46] we're bringing revival, reformation, great awakening. Time to get back to the message. We have made it all about the messenger and have neglected the importance of the message. The messenger is just the delivery boy, the mailman, delivering the message. Paul delivered the letters. Paul wrote these letters and they were delivered to the church.
[00:03:01] John wrote the scriptures and the epistles were letters that were written to the church So many have their interpretation of what they think the end times is going to be like. What if it comes different than what you have thought? We need to really take in consideration. Are we hearing truth or are we being led astray? Is there deception and delusion standing in the way? Too many are lured into a deep stupor, a slumber.
[00:04:23] Wake up the sleeping bride of Christ.
[00:04:27] That should be the cry. thy works perfect before God. Remember where thou has received and heard and hold fast and repent." This is what remains, what remains, your faith. What is it that remains for us to come back? He says, ifers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my father, before his angels. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." What's going to cause the people to wake up? The sound of the shofar.
[00:07:01] It's the trumpet of the gospel.
[00:07:03] We must not stop preaching the gospel. by your spiritual incompetence. They are drunk, but not with wine. They stagger, but not from strong drink. For the Lord has poured over you a spirit of deep sleep." Another translation says, the spirit of stupor. For he has closed your eyes, you who are the prophets, and he has covered your heads, you
[00:08:23] who are the prophet Jonah. It's a very small book, but it has a lot of revelation. and had laid down and was sound asleep. So the captain came to him and said, how can you stay asleep? Get up, call on your God. Perhaps your God will give a thought to us so that we do not perish. I'm gonna read this from the New King James Bible. I like what it says.
[00:11:01] He says, are you still asleep?
[00:11:03] Wake up, sleeper.
[00:11:05] I like what it says here.
[00:11:07] What do you mean sleeper? you think or feel about it, you must be obedient to the will of God, to His purpose and plan. I strongly believe this. You see, Awakko Sleeper, think about Joni, he wanted to run away from God as we wrote, as we heard in the scriptures. And he went to sleep in the bottom of the ship.
[00:12:21] While everything around him was going on, he fell asleep. He was the world. We're hitting the snooze button and keep going back to sleep. When the Lord is saying, I am sounding the alarm, this is your wake up call. Now get ready for the simple nudge is turning into a shaking. The rude awakening is upon us. Awake O sleeper, arise and do
[00:14:45] prayer to neglect the word and make us too weak to fight. But God is sending those who will be like a trumpet.
[00:14:50] They are human shofars in the hands of the Lord.
[00:14:55] This is the scripture that I love.
[00:14:57] It's found in Isaiah chapter 58 verse 1.
[00:15:02] It says this.
[00:15:04] It says cry aloud, spare not. about what the danger that is around you. You must be fully awake so that you can see that you're surrounded by perilous things. You're surrounded by dangerous things. They couldn't hear anymore and fell asleep. Wake up, right of Christ. This is the master calling the Lord, Wake up my sleeping beauty, wake up my sleeping bride. The complacency can kill you, so we need to be alert, aroused. It's easy to lay down and take a nap. It's so easy to lay down and fall asleep. There is no time to be lying down.
[00:17:42] Get up and take action. upon you and give you light. Therefore, see that you walk carefully, live in life with honor, purpose, and courage, shunning those who tolerate and enable evil, not as the unwise, but as wise, sensible, intelligent get them done You're gonna have to redeem your time buy back every moment every opportunity and don't waste it You're gonna use every minute second hour day month. We have to redeem our time We've been wasting time we waste time on media. We waste time on
[00:20:24] Social feeds we waste time on doing things that have no eternal value
[00:21:24] Awaken this is the time to be alert on the watch and on your post
[00:21:29] Waking the sleeping prophets Jonas. It's time for you to get up
[00:21:35] Isaiah 52 talks about it's time to awake to the battle
[00:21:40] He was prophesying here and telling the children of Israel it is time will wake awake Put up the watchman, put on your strength, O Zion. The preachers have been feeding the saints too much candy and sugar, and they have put them into a spiritual coma, a spiritual diabetic coma instead of being aroused for battle and prepared to stand strong in the day of deception.
[00:23:00] A spiritual diabetic coma where it makes you sleepy and unalert.
[00:23:06] We have been given too much time on their hands, depending on welfare, social security, food stamps, Lone Star, and what is happening is that all of these resources are being depleted because too many refuse to work.
[00:24:20] That's why the scripture said, the harvest is plenty but the laborers are few.
[00:24:25] It's time to of charge for nothing. We didn't eat anyone's bread for nothing free of charge, but work with labor, toil,
[00:25:41] night and day, that we might not a burden to you Proverbs 19 verse 15. Why are we talking about this? Because we're in a culture that Loves to slumber you see it in your job. You see it among the young this seem to have no energy
[00:27:01] They're sluggish. They're slop full. They're lazy and
[00:27:05] They believe that everything should be given to them
[00:28:04] words of wisdom. How long will you lie there, oh slugger? Will you rise from your sleep? You see, there's only two kinds of Christians. A Christian that's awake and
[00:28:09] a Christian that's asleep. There's no such thing as a woke Christian. We're not
[00:28:15] to be woke. We're to be awakened. Jonah thought that he could sleep through the
[00:28:19] storm and not be disturbed, and it wasn't until he was through, thrown overboard
[00:28:24] and swallowed by that big fish that was prepared that the Lord is speaking and saying it is your wake-up call. He is telling you if you have been lazy and slot full and idle in the things of God, it's time for you to get busy while you can because there's coming some trying times. Times of testing, times of trials and tribulations are coming like we have never seen before.
[00:29:41] But God is saying will you wake up. Wake up, O sleepers. It
[00:31:00] is time for you to arise. It is time for you to get out of darkness and walk into
[00:31:05] the light. I am calling those who have word. In Jesus name we pray. If you find yourself away from God, it's time to return to every prodigal son and daughter, and every prodigal father and mother, and everyone that is away from God.
[00:32:23] Don't harden your heart.
[00:32:24] Turn to Christ right now.
