How does knowing the times and seasons help us navigate the last days? What is does to mean to redeem the time? I share my story about Appointed Times Ministries and Productions. How THE VOR began in a tent revival.
How do move from change to transformation?, What is the new era we are steeping into?, What is the most important work of the Kingdom for today? This and more are answered in the latest The Appointed Times: Change is Now Part 3.

[00:00:00] You are listening to The Voice of Revival Radio. The heart of this program is to call God's people to repentance and proclaim that the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. We are watchmen sounding the alarm. Broadcasting revival for the Church, awakening for the nations, and restoration for the world.
[00:00:27] Welcome to the VOR Radio Show. Isaac Gutierrez here. Thank you for joining me today on our program, on our broadcast. Thank you. We've been on the vein on this subject of change. Everything around us is changing. So far, we've talked about that change is now. That change, the new era, is now.
[00:00:50] Then we went to our second broadcast called, Letting the Old Go to Embrace the New. Change will always be uncomfortable. But change is necessary so that there will be expansion. So there can be growth. So there can be momentum.
[00:01:10] I feel that we're in this momentum. I feel that we're in this momentum stage right now. And we're moving forward. We're moving in this direction. Today, I want to talk about the times. But today, I'm going to be talking about appointed times. We are in a time where we're in a point in time, where we step into a complete new era. What is an era? An era is a set point in time.
[00:01:40] That forms a fixed point of event when a set of period of years are reckoned. An era is also a period in history that is marked by a new or distinct order of things. Wow. It's marked by a new or distinct order of things.
[00:02:03] I went to many scriptures talking about how God says, well, God says, I'm doing a new thing. Isaiah chapter 43, verse 18 to 19, where it says, but don't remember the former things. In other words, don't pounder or dwell on the past. It says, pay attention. Listen, look at this. Consider that word. Look at this is behold.
[00:02:30] Look what I'm about to do. It's amazing. It's miraculous. It's incredible what God is about to do. I'm going to do a new thing. God is always doing something new. It's not new to him. It's new to us. See, he he's the God who never changes. He's the same yesterday, today and forever. Here's the idea that we need to grasp so that we can understand this.
[00:02:57] We live in a time. We live in a chronos, a chronological time. God lives outside of time. It's called eternity. And in fact, let's go to a scripture here that I want to bring you to mind. We're going to allow the Holy Spirit to help us lead in this new programs that we're doing.
[00:03:21] We're still talking about change because it takes some time for us to really grasp change where change gets a hold of us and it completely changes us. It completely transforms. I said that word transform is metamorphosis. To transform means to completely shift us, to completely move us in a new direction. In fact, let me look at the word transformation. What is the definition of the word transformation?
[00:03:51] It means a metamorphosis or a spontaneous change of one element into another. It undergoes a radical change. It's dramatic change in former appearance. It's a point in time. It also has to deal with translation, rotation, and reflection. Transformation.
[00:04:16] It's the act or process of or instance of transforming or being transformed. Synonyms for transformation can mean shift, alteration, transition, conversion, metamorphosis, transfiguration, changeover, reformation, adjustment.
[00:04:42] These are just some of the synonyms of the word transformation. It's radical change. I like what it says in Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verse 11. Look at this. We're talking about eternity. We live in a natural set time, but God lives in eternity. And when you live in eternity, you see a different outcome.
[00:05:10] Ecclesiastes chapter 3 talks about everything has its time. I like what it says in verse 1. To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under the sun. I like what it says here in verse 11. He has put everything beautiful in its time. And also, he has put eternity in their hearts. He's talking about the hearts of man.
[00:05:41] Except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. There's another scripture that says that he is the one who knows the beginning from the end. Isaiah chapter 46 verse 10. Man, I think we're on the scripture hunt here. Isaiah chapter 40 verse 46. Excuse me, 46 verse 10.
[00:06:09] It says 46 verse 8. I love this. It says here. Remember this and show yourselves men. Recall to mind, O you transgressors. Remember the former things of old. For I am God and there is no other. I am God and there is none like me.
[00:06:31] Declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things that are not yet done. Saying, my counsel shall stand and I will do my pleasure. That's Isaiah chapter 46 starting verse 8 to verse 10. Whoa, that is incredible.
[00:06:59] God is the one who knows the beginning from the end. Remember the former things. And then that other scripture that comes to mind which says, And remember not the former things. Sometimes he causes us to remember and reflect and go back. So we can know of his goodness. Of his grace and his mercy. But he is the one who considers the things of the beginning and the end.
[00:07:28] Revelation chapter 1 verse 8 says, And I am the Alpha and the Omega says the Lord God. Who is and who was and who is to come. The Almighty. We're in a time where we're in change of seasons. Convergence of seasons. Things are coming together. God confirms when he has you on something.
[00:07:56] He will confirm it in the mouth of other prophetic voices. Other prophetic ministers that are hearing from the Lord. And it's almost like this confirmation comes together. Because here's the thing. When God gives you a piece of it, he gives a piece to somebody else. So that we all come together. Not one person is going to have all the revelation of something. That's why God gave each one a grace.
[00:08:23] He gave us grace for the gifts that he's put in us. There's those who have the gift of speaking. There are those who have the gift of administration. Of serving. Of governments. There is everybody that is needed. It's no longer just all hands on deck. This is, let's get ourselves together. All hands to the battle station. We are not on a cruise ship. We are on a battleship.
[00:08:52] And God is bringing people back to training and equipment and preparation like a military force. This military force that armed and dangerous. We're armed and dangerous. But in order to see that, there's a transition that is happening with the church. The church is going through a metamorphosis. The church is going through a shift. It's going through a change. A radical movement.
[00:09:20] And it's coming to a complete, how can we say this? It's almost like it's starting to come back to where it first started. Because we got off track. We went so far this way that we forgot what was our purpose. And many people don't realize that it was never the intent of God for us just to be one leader telling you everything to do.
[00:09:49] And we were just going to sit and watch and just become spectators. I have this book that I found recently by, I believe it was Tony Cook. It's called The Inn of Spectator Church. Let me see if I have to pick it up here. Oh, it's right here on my desk. The End of Spectator Church. Answering God's call to full engagement. It talks about your divine purposes for such a time as this.
[00:10:18] Hurting people are waiting on the gifts inside you. The church functions best when every part is in its proper place. What the priesthood of all believers looks like today. It's time to take your place and fulfill your role in a fully awakened and dynamically activated church. So one of the things that is shifting and changing is the activation of the body of Christ.
[00:10:48] Now let's go back to this because, like you said, we start on one thing and it almost leads to another. So let me talk about appointed times. I'm getting back to this because we're talking about change. Appointed times in scripture. What does that mean? What is an appointed time? God had appointed times in the Bible. They were called feasts. They were called holy days.
[00:11:18] And he commanded that the people of Israel observe them. And today we are also, when you understand the feasts, when you understand the appointed times, the Moedim of God, you can navigate. You can understand the times that you're living in. The purpose of appointed times was to deepen our understanding and knowledge and faith in God.
[00:11:47] It's in these times when it becomes the fullness of time. Remember, it talks about in scripture in Galatians chapter 4, where it says, In the fullness of time, God sent forth his son. You see, the time had to be right. Everything had to be in place for it to come to pass. When I think about appointed times or seasons, it's just the way that God moves.
[00:12:15] He has appointed times and seasons, specific periods or moments in time that are considered divinely ordained or predetermined. In other words, God already has it set. It's a fixed thing. It's just that we don't know it because we're going by our time and not God's time. God has a calendar. And he goes by his calendar. He doesn't go by man's calendar.
[00:12:44] He goes by his calendar. My goodness. This is some good stuff here. We're talking about change. The appointed time of God. Let's look at some of the scriptures that talk about appointed times. So what does scripture say about appointed times? One thing that you'll find out about appointed times, it has to do with the end times.
[00:13:13] It has to do with the last days. It has to do. When did the last days begin? The last when Jesus Christ arose and resurrected. It started the beginning of the last days. The end of the end times. Or we can say this. He says, I am with you even to the end of the age. Not to the end of the world. To the end of a period in time.
[00:13:38] And there comes a place to where we have come to the fulfillment or the fullness of that time. That's when all prophecies begin to converge. That's when all prophecies. I feel the presence of the anointing of the Holy Spirit to teach this. Because this is something that we've confused. And that is to understand the times that we're living in. Let's talk about appointed times.
[00:14:07] Scripture talks about that God has appointed us and set for us these times. The Moadim. Habakkuk chapter 2 verse 3 says, For still the vision awaits its appointed time. It hastens to the end. It will not lie. And if it seems slow, I'm reading from the English Standard Version. Wait for it. It will surely come.
[00:14:36] It will not delay. Psalms 102 verse 13 says, You will arise and have pity on Zion. It is the time to favor her. The appointed time has come. Daniel chapter 18. Daniel chapter 8 verse 19 says, Behold, I will make known to you what shall be in the latter end of the indignation.
[00:15:03] For it refers to the appointed time of the end. Let me look at this in another translation here. I'm going to look at it at the New King James Bible. It says, It says, Look, I am going to make known to you what shall happen in the latter time of the indignation. For at the appointed time, The end shall be. Wow.
[00:15:33] The time. We can go on and on. There's many scriptures that talk about the appointed times. And the seasons. Do we understand the times that you're living in? We're in a place where we must understand the times. What is understanding the times?
[00:15:53] That means that we're to be perceptive and astute and to discern and to understand and to have a knowledge and the revealing of the things so that we can know. There was a tribe in Israel called the children of Issachar. In 1 Chronicles 12, verse 32.
[00:16:16] The children of Issachar were men that had understanding of the times to know what Israel ought to do. And it says that there was 200 of them, which means that that's not a big number, which means there has to be this gathering of men or necessarily not men, but also women of understanding. Those who understand the times. They understand the seasons.
[00:16:44] They understand the change that is happening all around them. And it takes discernment. This is why God is going to bring us back to activate the gifts of the spirit. Because through the gifts of the spirit, each one is distributed according to the measure that he has given us in that priesthood.
[00:17:12] Oh, we're about to get into that sometime later. But like I said, the times that we're living in, it's so vital for you to know. Not just to, oh, I understand it according to what somebody said. But for God to reveal to you, what is your season? What is this time that we're in right now? How do we look at it?
[00:17:40] We're not going to look at it from this Western culture mindset or this understanding of the way Western culture sees prophecy. But according to Jewish Hebraic understanding, you see, the Bible is not American. The Bible is a Jewish thing.
[00:18:04] The Bible is a Jewish thing.
[00:18:34] It's come together as a family. And they're going to have a piece of the puzzle. And we have a piece of the puzzle. And when it comes together, the full measure, the full understanding is revealed. I don't know where that came from. I believe it was the Holy Spirit that just gave me that right now. But I think that they have a piece and we have a piece. And we're not going to see the full picture until we come together as one.
[00:19:03] The scripture calls it one new man. The one new man. You see, when you allow the Holy Spirit to lead you, He'll lead you. He'll lead your program. And you just follow. Because it's like just things popping and revealing as the program is going. The Holy Spirit is just moving and revealing all of this. And it just becomes a giant, you know, pieces.
[00:19:32] But by the time we're done, those pieces have come together. One new man. It refers to the idea that all believers are united in Christ and reconciled to God. There is no longer a distinction between Jews and Gentiles, male or female, or any ethnic or social group. The church is where they reconcile Jews and Gentiles in Christ.
[00:20:00] Let's look at the scripture that talks about this. That's found in Ephesians chapter 2 verse 15. Ephesians chapter 2 verse 15. Let's look at verse 14. This is Paul talking about by grace through faith. He's talking about the reconciliation of God tearing down the hostility, the divide that was between the middle wall separation. Here it says,
[00:20:28] For he himself, talking about Christ, is our peace, who has been made both one and has broken down the middle wall separation, having abolished in his flesh the enmity, the enmity that is the law of commandments contained in ordinances. So as to create in himself, who's creating this?
[00:20:51] He is in himself, in his body, one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that he might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, therefore putting to death the enmity. And he came and preached peace to those who were far off and to those who were near.
[00:21:16] For through him we both have access by one spirit to the Father. Oh, and I love this. I gotta say this. I gotta read verse 19 to 22. Now therefore you are no longer strangers or foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone,
[00:21:46] in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling placing of God in the Spirit. I'm going to get into this. We're embarking on the new series, a video series and audio series called Journeying Through the Bible. We're going to do a Bible study.
[00:22:15] The whole purpose is to raise up disciples through this Bible study, through these teachings. I think that it's time to get back to the teaching of the Word of God. You know, I love commentary. I love to talk. I love to. But I think sometimes we have too much commentary and not enough scripture. We need to have scripture and then we can have some commentary around it.
[00:22:40] But scripture must be our foundation so that we are not leading people to ourselves, but we're leading them to the truth so they can continue. I want everybody to have a love for the Bible. This is the thing about the VOR. I want you to have a love of scripture. I want you to have a love of prayer. I want you to have a love and a relationship with God that it's like none that you ever had before.
[00:23:09] I want you to be so revived, so on fire, so filled with the Spirit. My goodness, as I'm saying this, somebody's getting in touch right now that you needed this. You needed this refreshing. You need this type of ministry revival. And this is not about making me rich. This is not about making a profit off of this. I'm here because I have a heart.
[00:23:38] I love that. I have a love for this. And my desire is to see many people raised up. This no longer just coming and sitting down in a church pew and doing nothing. It is activation time. And this is what the purpose of this journey in through the Bible is. We're going to start activating the saints, the priesthood of the believers into doing what God has called you to do.
[00:24:06] We're going to take revival wherever we go. And this is the change that I've been talking about. My goodness, I feel the Holy Spirit and the fire of God moving and breathing right now. Oh, thank you, Father. Whew, man, I just feel his presence. You know, when his presence come in, all you have to do is just receive it.
[00:24:32] Wherever you are, you're listening right now, lift up your hands and receive right now. You may not be able to see me, but you can hear it. And you know that the Spirit is coming through these airwaves right now. And it's touching you where you are right now. Wow. Whew. Let's talk a little bit more about appointed times. Don't you just love this, man? Change is now, my friends.
[00:25:01] Change is not coming. It is upon us. And you must not only adapt to it, you must embrace it. When I first started ministry, I think when I first started back in 2008, I had started a ministry called Appointed Times. The Appointed Times. Before I started the ministry, I started a production company called Appointed Time Productions. ATP.
[00:25:30] It's taking me back to those days. The reason it was named that because I thought that it was the time for what God was going to do. I felt that that was the appointed time. Not realizing that the appointed time hadn't come yet. It just began. And now that it's what? I'm looking at the VOR. I started this 10 years ago with the help of the Lord.
[00:26:00] By the moving of the Holy Spirit, He breathed into this work. And 10 years ago, it started. But I just sensed that we have just come into this appointed time of change. Because I'm seeing change all around me. Here we are in 2025 and just recently, God is doing this new thing here. This network is no longer just about this one speaker.
[00:26:27] It's about creating a platform open for more people to come and give. To come and share. To come and reveal what the Lord has put on your heart. But I'm making this platform open and available for more this year. We're making these invitations. They're going to start going out for speakers, for guests to do interviews. To share what's on their heart.
[00:26:57] What God has spoken to them so they can have a platform. And move this thing further out than just their room. Or just their four walls. This is going to go out public. The Lord gave me this and said revival was going to go public. And that's the whole point. All right, getting back to the disappointed times. So 10 years ago, the Voice of Revival was launched from a tent revival in Wilmer, Texas.
[00:27:27] How many know what it is to be faithful and consistent when it feels like nothing is happening? Have you been there? You probably know what I'm talking about. You're doing something faithfully. And you just, you're excited about it. But it seems like there's no, it's not gaining traction. It's not gaining momentum. There's not many listeners. There's not many people grabbing onto it. Because around them, they have so many other voices that they can listen to a popularity.
[00:27:56] But here's the thing. How did they build that work? Did they build it for a fan base? Did they build it for likes and clicks? Did they build it as their own little empire to lead them to themselves? Or did they build it so that it can be a platform to make them move their attention towards the Lord? That's the difference here.
[00:28:21] Like I said, how many know what it is to be faithful and consistent when it feels like nothing is happening? But you just keep pressing. You keep pressing forward. It's called endurance. It's not for the weak nor for the faint, but for those who know what God said and press forward. Somebody needs to hear this today. You need to keep pressing forward. This is not the time to retreat or surrender.
[00:28:50] This is the time to seize the moment. Take it by force. This is a time when you cannot afford to waste time. I'm getting into this, and this is where we're going to end. This may be our last program on change, but maybe I might come back with what I'm getting into. Scripture even warns about what we need to do, how we need to use our time wisely.
[00:29:19] Ephesians chapter 5 verses 14 through 16 says, Redeeming the time for the days are evil. Let's go there. Ephesians chapter 5 verse 14. I love because it says right here. I love it because this is how it starts. Verse 13. Oh, you know what? Let's read more. I like going back to get the context.
[00:29:48] Sometimes we just read a portion of scripture, but we need to read the context. What does it say? What did they mean back then? What is it? What is it? What is it saying for today? How do we apply it today? It says in Ephesians chapter 5 verse 8. It says, For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth.
[00:30:18] Finding out what is acceptable to the Lord, and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed, what does that word exposed mean? Reproved. Are made manifest by the light.
[00:30:46] For whatever makes manifest is light. Verse 14. Therefore, he says, Awake you who sleep. Arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light. See then that you walk circumspectly. What does that word circumspectly mean? It means walk carefully. Pay attention. Not as fools, but as wise, as wise people, as having wisdom.
[00:31:16] Redeeming the time. Because the days are evil. I want to take that and look at it from the Amplified version. The Amplified is going to give us a bit of a look into the original Greek that it was written in. It says here, Making the most of the time. Buying up each opportunity.
[00:31:44] Because the days are evil. Look at verse 15. This is powerful. Look carefully. Then how you walk. Live purposefully and worthily and accurately. Not as the unwise and witless, but as wise, sensible, intelligent people. Making the very most of the time. Buying up each opportunity.
[00:32:11] Because the days are evil. The word redeem means to buy back every opportunity. What is valuable like a good steward. To be intentional with your time. God giving time and using it for his purpose. Don't waste his time. Not only are you wasting your time, but you're wasting God's time.
[00:32:37] The Greek word for time is kairos. An opportune divine moment. Not just a chronological time or chronos. But it's the fullness of time for the days. The current age or era. The era is evil. My, my, my, my, my. Buy back every opportunity. Redeem the time.
[00:33:07] Because the days are evil. Wow. Sounds like this is coming from a man of experience, no? This is coming from the Apostle Paul. Our church has been studying the book of Acts for over a year now. And I'm telling you, the congregation has grown. The leaders have grown. As we have been studying this blueprint for where God is bringing the church back to. The book of Acts. And we're getting revelation and downloads.
[00:33:37] And we're getting out of our comfort zone into the work of the kingdom. I'm going to come back again because this word on redeeming the time, I'm going to talk on procrastination. We cannot be procrastinators any longer. We can't put off salvation. We can't put off things for tomorrow. You're going to have to seize the opportunity and do it now. We come to the end of this program.
[00:34:07] I pray that it has been a blessing to you and that it has really opened your understanding of change. Change is now. In order to brace change, you've got to let go of the old and let the new in. He changes the times. It's the appointed time and seasons of the Lord. And we must understand them. If not, we're going to waste our time.
[00:34:36] We're going to waste the moments. We're going to waste the opportunity. Going back to programs that I did in the beginning of 2025, I said that this is the year of the open window. A window is only open for a certain amount of time and then it closes. But we're going to reveal to you what God says about the windows of heaven. The windows of heaven.
[00:35:02] And the windows of heaven are opening right now in this year, 2025. And as we begin to allow the Holy Spirit to open this portal in the heavenlies so that he can pour out upon his people. He's going to pour out upon the wicked and he's going to pour out upon the righteous. Which side do you want to be on? We're in this time right now.
[00:35:28] Let me end with prayer because some of you have been resisting change in your life. I also talked about in one other program how I had to let go of old things in my life. Like old things that I was holding on to. And I had to let them go in order to receive what's new. It's time to let go of every weight that keeps you from moving to that goal, to that prize. Let's pray.
[00:35:57] Father God, I thank you for the opportunity and for the ability, Father, to bring this understanding of change, Lord. Change is all around us, Father. America is going through change. America is going through a shift. America is going through a transition, Father. Lord, in many things around it is not comfortable. But, Father, it is necessary. Lord, the church is also going through change.
[00:36:25] And the church is also having to adjust to the changes that are taking place, Lord. Lord, help us to understand the times because they're changing. The seasons are changing. You're moving us because, Lord, you are the one who changes the times and seasons. And we must be ready to move into that season, into the time, into the momentum that you're propelling us into, Father. Lord, we don't want to waste our time.
[00:36:55] Lord, let change transform us. Let change be a part of our lives, Father. Lord, there are things that we have been doing that have not worked because, Lord, we are not willing to change. Lord, I pray that everyone who has not been able to change with the times that now, that there will become a momentum in their walk, in their relationship, in their personal and their ministries and their walk with you, Father.
[00:37:25] Everything changes now. Now, I declare changes coming to them right now as I speak, as I prophesy, as I declare this is your time and your hour of change. And let it be so in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, by the power of the Father, by the power of the Son and the power of the Holy Spirit. I declare that a change has come now. Let it be.
[00:37:54] In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Yahshua Mashiach. We thank you, Father. Amen. Wow. What a broadcast. What a program. Man, I have just been filled and overwhelmed with the goodness and just the outpouring of the Lord as I have been doing this broadcast on change. I pray that it's been a help to you. I pray that you would share it with others.
[00:38:23] I want this word to get out to people who have been stuck and they need change. This is the revival that we need. This is the revival that we are moving into. And I see so much momentum happening right now. I don't want to be idle. I want to be in action. I want to be right in front of that freight train and going where God is going. Come on.
[00:38:53] Somebody needed. We need to get out of our comfort zone and get on that train. And it's moving fast. It's unstoppable. All right. All right. Next time I want to be talking about procrastination. We got to get that spirit out. We can't procrastinate and put things off, especially salvation. Many people are putting off their salvation. That has to stop.
[00:39:19] We need to procrastinate in our time and buy back every opportunity because now is the time for change. We'll be back with that broadcast plus so much more. You can find out about the VOR at the VOR.net, our official website. We have articles. We have blogs. We have our podcasts that go all the way back to 2015.
[00:39:46] We have the old archives. We have this program. We have our prophecy and news show called the VOR Watchman Report and our Spanish program called La Voz de Avivamiento. Wow, we have so much pending this year. And like I said, you go back and hear some of the things, some of the projects that we want to fulfill starting this year.
[00:40:15] And like you said, if you want to be a part of this, you want to support and put into something that is going to go so winning, this is a place to do it. You can find out how you can do that at the VOR.net. There is a support button. You can give to it or we can just pray for us. Just keep praying for this ministry as we are looking to ways to expand it beyond our reach with the Lord's help. Isaac with the VOR radio show.
[00:40:44] Like I always say at the end, will you be a voice of revival for your generation? Until next time, God bless you. Bye-bye. This concludes the Voice of Revival broadcast for today. Tune in again next time and hear more biblical truths for today's generation.
