Understanding the Fall Feasts and the Last Days
I'm back again with another revelatory blog from the desk of the VOR.
What comes to your mind when we say the End Times? To some it means confusion, others rather not talk about, while others believe that only the qualified prophecy teachers can tell us what is coming.
Well I have some good news. the teaching of the End Times is about to go through a shift. A paradigm shift where what was confusing and complicated is about to be made simple. Could it be that we are looking at this from a wrong perspective? Could it be that whatever lenses you are viewing this from, needs an adjustment?
Idolizing The End Times
Not to long ago, the Lord give this prophetic word, that we have made idolatry out of the end times. That man has made it so confusion that we don’t know what to believe. Only the scholars and teachers with degrees understand eschatology. That it's time to return to a simple understanding of the last days. Eschatology, was never meant to be difficult that only a hand few of prophetic teachers could understand it. A child should understand eschatology. But instead we made it all about the signs, symbols, the charts, that we have left out the main thing, that is repent for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Revival and The End times Convergence
Another connection is that revival and prophecy will collide into one. We have divorced the last days with revival and because of that we have no idea where we are on God’s timetable. All that is changing. I will tell this, you will see a hunger for prophecy arise as we return to the simplicity of the scriptures. It will not be difficult to understand that the final days are not coming, we are here.
Since the time that Christ walked this earth, we entered into a new time, called the last days. And we have been living in these last days until now. That is why we must change our perspective on understanding of eschatology. Your view on the end times, will determine how you live your life.
Some say it’s not a salvation issue, that we agree to disagree but as I continue on this journey, I seeing this in a whole new light. That many will become offended when the end time prophecies don’t play out like they told us it would.
Date Setters Keep Getting It Wrong
During you remember the time of the 2012 Craze? Where so many were once again saying its the end of the world? Did they learn the lesson after the Y2K fail? I prophesied that the year would come and go and those who predicted Christs return would be wrong again.
Why do prophecy teacher keep getting it wrong? Because their interpretation and understanding of Bible prophecy is based on one view. And they do everything to make sure it lines up, to the point of taking scripture out of context. We are trying to use formulas, charts, and predictions to figure out when Christ returns. When the answer has been with us all this time.
First of all, the bible was written in Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic. In Hebrew there is what is called prophetic parallels. What happened in the past, will take place again in the present and in the future. They are foreshadows of things to come (read Colossians 2:17).
Let me introduce to the fall feasts of the Lord. these feasts are called God's appointed times. Also known as feasts, holy days, and convocations. the Hebrew word is moedim. These are God's set times on His calendar when the sequence of end time events will transpire. The Fall Feasts starts with Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets), Yom Kippur (The Day- Day of Atonement, and the Feast of Tabernacles.
God's goes by His calendar and the rest of the western world goes by the Gregorian Calendar.
Bring Clarity To The Confusion
So, how do we make sense of the last days without looking ridiculous? We'll, that is tough question to answer? We must re-examine this, swallow our pride, and admit that what we have been told about the end times is not going to happen that way.
What we is about to take place is a whole new ministry is emerging. They are the watchmen who God has called to teach on the End times. they are the watchman reporters and prophetic voices that have clarity to all the confusion that surrounds eschatology; the study of the last days.
We are locating the missing pieces of this puzzle. Here is where the feasts of the Lord come in. When you understand these fall feasts and how they relate to Christ second coming, the Day of the Lord, and the Millennial reign then we will see End Times bible prophecy in a whole new light.
The Book of Revelation is not about doom and gloom, its about the unveiling or apocalypse of Jesus Christ. It's all pointing to the Messiah that is coming, the Millennial, and . There are many signs surrounding his Second Coming but all them point to Him.
The Fall Feasts Are The Road Map To The End Times
In the Fall of Feasts we have a roadmap of the last days. This why it important that the VOR make a entire series explaining how these feasts are going to vital to the events pertaining to Christ's return. You will see the End times in a different light.
You may not agree, but I pray and hope that you would just listen and decide if this all makes sense for yourself.
What we are about to witness is different than what most have been taught or understand about End time bible prophecy. Prophecy is not meant to scare us but prepare us. Time for the bride of Christ to get ready! The King is Coming!!
