Those are strong words. The reality we face demands that we must not remain silent. To not speak up and look the other way, has been a great assault against the righteous. The intimidation and bullying of wokeness and cancel culture has mute the voice of God on the earth. The Ecclesia, has been silenced. But silence is not an option.
The bible says in Proverbs 28:1 that the righteous are as bold as Lions. We are called to roar!
A lion is an amazing creature. He is known as the king of the jungle. Did you know when a lion roars, he sometimes roars towards the ground? it sounds a tremor like earthquake that brings the entire jungle to attention. A male lions roar can be heard up to 5 miles in the jungle.
Wow! Talk about power. It creates confusion to their prey and they have no idea where the roar is coming from.
Unlike animals, humans were created with the ability to speak and communicate. The voice is one of the most powerful weapons in the human body.
Your Voice is A Weapon
God has given us a powerful weapon, an instrument; it's called the voice. in Isaiah 58:1
Cry aloud, spare not, raise up your voice like a trumpet, a declare to my people to declare Jacob their trangressions.(NKJV)
Raise Up Your Voice, like a trumpet. that word trumpet is the shofar. a shofar is a ram's horn. An instrument in God's hands.
There is sound rising up from the earth that will send tremors into the enemies camp. Time to get our roar back.
Our Shout Is A Weapon
The Lion of Judah is roaring over You! Out of Zion, The LORD will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. Joel 3:6
Jesus is known as the Lion of Judah. Judah is the people of praise. In order to praise, you must open your mouth.
Psalms 149: 6-10 Let the high praises of God be in their mouths, and two-edged swords in their hands, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with shackles of iron; to execute upon them the written judgment; this is honor for all His godly ones. Praise the Lord!
Finally Thoughts.
The enemy has tried to silence God's people. But God has given us a powerful weapon. Time to speak up! Raise up your voice. Let your praise be heard. You are a weapon in God's hand. God Is Restoring Your Roar!!
